This includes both <strong>patient cases<\/strong> and <strong>file transfers<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Support<\/strong> and <strong>development<\/strong> do <strong>not have access<\/strong> to your organization\u2019s content. As part of error analysis, development can only adjust <strong>technical parameters in the database<\/strong> that are <strong>outside the CAD component<\/strong>. Neither support nor development has access to <strong>designs, scans, or other medical data<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When a case is delegated to external partners, <strong>all patient data remains anonymized<\/strong>.
